The Kerbolar (/ˌkɛrˈboʊ.lər/) system or simply the Kerbol system is the name of the planetary system in which Kerbin, the home planet of the Kerbals, is located. It consists of the star Kerbol, 7 planets and 9 moons.

The presence of models for Asteroids in the game's files seems to indicate the Kerbol system was originally supposed to have physical Asteroids like KSP1, but these were never implemented
