The PPD-12 Cupola Module is a Command Module housing one Kerbal crew member during its mission. It features a hexagonal shape and seven large windows, used for a wide field of view for all your "Sightseer" needs.

It has the highest mass of all of the one Kerbal command pods, but has much more electricity, torque, and monopropellant, making it perfectly ideal for space stations.

This module is also inspired by the Cupola module of the International Space Station.

Usage

The "Sightseer's" main purpose is to provide a good outside view from space stations or colonies, and probably just as a decorational part overall for making better looking stations.

It is heavier and larger than other command pods and cockpits like the Mk1 "Tin Can" or the Mk1 "Explorer", which also have crew capacities of one, while still being lighter than parts with higher crew capacities. It is also quite fragile, has higher drag than most other parts, and has a relatively high energy capacity.

Overall, this part is most advised to be used for space stations, or anything where you would need a part that looks exactly like this one (Outer Wilds ship, anyone?)

Synopsis

"The PPD-12 "Sightseer" is a command pod with a view. It is equipped with a small battery, monopropellant storage, and a small reaction wheel. The hexagonal windows command a magnificent view. The only downside is it has only one seat, please remember to share."
